The Foxwoods Casino project in Ledyard, Connecticut (right) called for a unique entrance canopy which would shelter casino and hotel guests and span a driveway which was over 7 lanes wide. This presented a unique challenge to Weiss, and offered a terrific opportunity to show our capabilities. Working closely with Massey’s Plate Glass & Aluminum, Inc. of Branford, Connecticut, Weiss provided specially coated stainless steel shapes which were easily assembled on site, keeping the job on target for opening.
